CONDITIONS OF THE TOURNAMENT

Condition of Play:

Play will be governed by the Rules of Golf as approved by the Royal and Ancient Golf Club of St. Andrews, the USGA, and the Local Rules of Ayala Greenfield Golf & Leisure Club. In case of doubt, please pay two balls and consult the Tournament Committee after the round but prior to signing the score card, where decision shall be final. Please play without undue delay at all times.

Format of Play:

• The tournament is an 18-Hole Stroke-Play, individual competition with full handicaps applied.
• Tee: White Tee

Field:

• Participants must be Senior Care members in Active Status and in Good Standing.
• Confirmation of slots shall be based on actual payment of entry fee.

Registration and Payment:

• Registration starts at 6:30AM to 8:00AM (Ready Golf). Presentation of Senior Care ID is requested.
• Tournament Fee is Php 1,200.00, inclusive of Green Fee, Mulligan, Giveaways, Raffle Prizes and Lunch at the awarding program.
• Entry Fee must be paid with the Federation Secretariat on or before Friday, May 29, 2015. Deadline must be followed strictly to ensure that the Tournament Organizer and Host Club can set-up properly the conduct of the tournament.

Caddie Fee/Golf Cart:

• Golf cart and Caddie Fee shall be for the Player’s account.
• Minimum Caddie Fee is Php 400.00; Golf Cart is Php 800.00 (2-Seater).

Classification:

Players shall be classified according to the following Classes:

• Class A
• Class B
• Class C
• Super Seniors

Winners:

Trophies shall be awarded to:

• Overall Low Net
• Overall Low Gross
• Champions and Runner-Up of each Class

Scoring & Tie Breaks:

1. A ceiling (or maximum score) of a NET 5 UNDER PAR shall be imposed for all participants.
2. In case of ties, the player with the lower handicap will prevail.
3. If there is a tie, the winner will be decided via countback in the following order, (regardless of where the player starts his round);

• the lower NET score in the last 9 holes (in this case, Holes #10 to #18 or the back nine),
• if still tied, the lower NET score in the last 6 holes (Holes #13 to #18),
• if still tied, the lower NET score in the last 3 holes (Holes #16 to #18),
• if still tied, a hole by hole count back shall be made starting from the 18^th, 17^th, 16^th holes, etc., in that order (USGA tie-break system).
• If still tie, draw lots.
